Therefore, the proportion, material and color scheme are the main factors to make this project, Thai-modern house. Because of the small site makes too close to the neighbors, the design team has been working on privacy and security by designed enclosed volume of space. Also, the team has been adding some void so the owner would feel comfortable by brightness and ventilation inside the house.
