About this project |
This two-story private residence was developed by replacing an existing house to create a new home that better reflects the owner’s lifestyle and long-term vision.
The design focuses on providing a luxurious and comfortable interior environment, while carefully shielding the living spaces from the surrounding urban context. The building envelope is intentionally composed to block noise, visual disturbance, and external activities, ensuring privacy and a strong sense of security for the family.
Behind the enclosed exterior, the interior spaces are designed to feel calm, open, and refined—offering a clear contrast between the outside world and the private life within. The project represents a balance between protection and comfort, where architecture becomes a quiet boundary that supports everyday living.
